Join the Water Works Membership Club and make car care simple and stress-free. Our new app-based memberships give you the power wash up to five vehicles at any of our five convenient locations. Whether you prefer a Touchless Laser, Soft Cloth, or 24/7 Self-Serve wash, your membership gives you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. Select membership plans even include free vacuums for that extra clean touch. Member FAQs:

I recently purchased a membership, and an attendant was not at the location (Catonsville only) How many times can I wash my vehicle with the monthly membership?
  • Memberships include 20 washes/month for one vehicle with 10 additional washes per additional vehicle added to the membership. At Catonsville, members are allowed to wash once a day, every day. Members are billed each month on the day of when they signed up.
I need to cancel my membership.
  • You may cancel at any time via the app, the online form, or in person at our locations. We cannot cancel memberships over the phone.
Can I add another vehicle?
  • You can have up to 5 vehicles on your membership at one time, except at our Catonsville location where it is 1 vehicle per membership.
What if I buy my membership after hours?
  • You will receive a text to download the app. If you do not, please call us at 410-796-7948 and leave us a voicemail. We will text you as soon as possible. Except at Catonsville, where you need to call the phone number on receipt to schedule tag installation.
Will I be able to use my membership for the rest of the month after I fill out a cancellation form?
  • Yes, you will be able to use your membership up until your expiration date of this month, which is what would have been your billing date.
