Join the Water Works Membership Club and make car care simple and stress-free. Our new app-based memberships give you the power wash up to five vehicles at any of our five convenient locations. Whether you prefer a Touchless Laser, Soft Cloth, or 24/7 Self-Serve wash, your membership gives you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. Select membership plans even include free vacuums for that extra clean touch. Locally owned and part of the Greater Baltimore community since 1987, Water Works is proud to provide fast and friendly service, great value, and a cleaner ride for everyone.

Member FAQs:
- Memberships include 20 washes/month for one vehicle with 10 additional washes per additional vehicle added to the membership.
- You may cancel at any time via the app, the online form, or in person at our locations. We cannot cancel memberships over the phone.
- You can have up to 5 vehicles on your membership at one time.
- You will receive a text to download the app. If you do not, please call us at 410-796-7948 and leave us a voicemail. We will text you as soon as possible.
- Yes, you will be able to use your membership up until your expiration date of this month, which is what would have been your billing date.
To ADD an additional vehicle to your membership, please open the My Wash Membership app and follow the directions below:
2. Select your Wash Pass.
3. Select Manage Vehicles.
4. Select + plus sign and enter car name and license plate.
5. Select Confirm.
If you have already paid for the month, you will be charged a prorated amount. If it is the beginning of the month, you will be charged the full amount. Memberships renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime in the app.
