Only the vehicle listed on this form is eligible for the plan. Eligible vehicles are allowed to wash once per day in each month membership is renewed.
Replacement Tags/Damaged tags should be reported to WWCW Immediately. Any attempt to remove the tag will destroy it and keep it from operating. Change in vehicle ownership must be reported to WWCW. Replacement tags are $5.
By enrolling in the program the member authorizes WWCW to charge the credit card on le on the renewal day of each month. They authorize the nancial institution to accept and to debit entries indicated by WWCW to their account. This authorization will remain in effect until WWCW has received noti cation of termination. Please see cancellation instructions below.
To Cancel: Member may cancel in person by completing Cancellation Form or go to waterworksmd.com/ membership to cancel. Member must provide RFID tag # at time of cancellation Please allow 7 business days before billing day to effect cancellation. No full or partial refunds will be given.
The Program may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts. No commercial vehicles. Please ask about our eet pricing.
WWCW reserves the right to cancel, amend or change this program from time to time as it deems necessary. WWCW also maintains the right to close the wash at anytime. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Professional drivers found in regular program plan will be moved to professional drivers pkg. Membership does not include self serve or vacuum services. Membership is not currently only available at our Arbutus location. Vehicles must conform to WWCW dimension standards. WWCW is not responsible for damage to vehicles 10 years or older.
