TERMS OF SERVICE(Catonsville)
Only the vehicle listed on the form is eligible for the plan. Eligible vehicles may be washed once per day during each active membership month.
Replacement Tags/Damaged tags should be reported to WWCW Immediately. Any attempt to remove the tag will destroy it and keep it from operating. Change in vehicle ownership must be reported to WWCW. Replacement tags are $5.
By enrolling in the program the member authorizes WWCW to charge the credit card on the renewal day of each month. They authorize the financial institution to accept and to debit entries indicated by WWCW to their account. This authorization will remain in effect until WWCW has received notification of termination. Please see cancellation instructions below.
To Cancel:
– Member may cancel in person by completing the Cancellation Form or go to https://waterworksmd.com/cancellation-form/ to cancel.
– Member must provide RFID tag # at time of cancellation. Cancellations must be received at least seven business days prior to the billing date to take effect. No full or partial refunds will be given. The Program may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts. No commercial vehicles. Please ask about our fleet pricing.
– WWCW reserves the right to cancel, amend or change this program from time to time as it deems necessary.
– WWCW also maintains the right to close the wash at anytime. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
– Membership does not include self-serve or vacuum services. Vehicles must conform to WWCW dimension standards.
– WWCW is not responsible for any damage to vehicles 10 years or older.
TERMS OF SERVICE (Crofton, Annapolis, Arbutus, Elkridge)
Monthly wash pass provides a package of washes (and vacuum credits where available) on a monthly basis in each month that the pass is renewed. The monthly wash pass automatically renews until Customer cancels the service via the app. Operator reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program as it feels necessary. Membership can be cancelled at any time. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. Operator reserves the right to close the wash at times due to adverse weather conditions or due to maintenance with or without notice. The monthly wash pass price is per vehicle washed at our facilities. Customer understands that washing another vehicle with your monthly wash pass bar code will result in that vehicle being added to your monthly wash pass family plan automatically and agrees to the associated increase in monthly charges. By enrolling in the monthly wash pass program, I agree that the credit/debit card provided can be charged automatically via auto renewal. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related charges, whether as described in my agreement with the card issuer or otherwise. I agree that my enrollment with my email address and cell phone number is my explicit consent to receive communication email and text messaging from the company regarding my wash pass account and car wash operations and updates including marketing activity. I can unsubscribe from these messages at any time through standard cancel/unsubscribe practices and I understand that if I cancel/unsubscribe, I will lose access to automated alerts regarding my account. The monthly wash pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. By subscribing to the monthly wash pass service, I hereby grant the car wash operator, and its supplier, Dencar Technology Inc, non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that Dencar Technology Inc will own such Images and further grant the Dencar Technology permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to its business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by Dencar Technology prior to its use. I forever release and hold Dencar Technology harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
