What is the clearance on your wash bays?
Elkridge:
- Self-Serve Bays: (1) 10’5” bay, (2) 11’ bays, (1) 12’ bay. Touchfree Automatic: 7 ft. and Soft Cloth Automatic: 7ft.
Annapolis:
- Self-Serve Bays: (2) 9’2” bays and (1) 10’ bay. (1) Touchfree Automatic
Crofton:
- Self-Serve Bays: (1) 8’11″ bay, (2) 9′ bays, (1) 9’4″ bay. Touchfree Automatic: (2) 7ft
Catonsville::
- Self-Serve Bays: (2) 8’ bays. (2) Touchfree Automatics.
Arbutus:
- Self-Serve Bays: (2) 9 ft bays (1) 12 ft bay, and Touchfree Automatic: (2) 7 ft.

Why do I have a $16 charge on my credit card when I used the handbay?
- This is a preauthorization charge. Within 24-72 hours, it will change to the correct amount.
What are our hours of operation?
- All locations offer 24hr facilities, with the exception of our Elkridge Cloth Tunnel being open from (8am-7pm Mon-Saturday / 9am-5pm Sunday)
- K&G Detailing 10am-5pm (call for availability)
Do we offer interior or full service options?
- No, all interior is self-serve. We offer detailing (Catonsville) options for the exterior and interior of the vehicle at our Catonsville location. Refer to the Services page for pricing and offerings.
I have a charge on my card that doesn’t match up.
- All charges are subject to a preauthorization charge. This will adjust to correct charge in 24hr (Monday if charge occurred during weekend.)

Do you have shampoo brushes for the interior?
- Yes, all of our locations include shampoo and fragrance machines; some of which are part of the vacuums
I purchased a new vehicle or replaced my windshield and need a new RFID tag.
- If you purchased a new vehicle, please update it in your app before washing at Arbutus, Annapolis, Crofton and Elkridge.
